Annual Spring Clean Up
ATTENTION TIMBER PARK RESIDENTS! Spring has finally sprung in Timber Park and it is time for the neighborhood common areas to be cleared of fallen debris to prepare for the mowers to begin soon!
Please join your neighbors on Saturday, March 22nd ~ 10:00 a.m. at the west entrance of the sub-division. We will begin there and walk all three common areas collecting trash and fallen limbs.
Lawn sacks will be provided but feel free to bring wagons or wheelbarrows as well. Saturday, March 27th will be the makeup day in case of poor weather.
This task goes quickly with plenty of helpers!
Pay Your Timber Park HOA Dues Online!
You now have the option to pay your annual HOA dues online! TPHOA, Inc. has partnered with Zeffy, an online payment collection system that does not charge non-profit organizations fees for collected payments. If you elect to pay online, you will be given the option to help support Zeffy cover related transaction fees (this contribution is not mandatory, and you'll be given the option to adjust). TPHOA will receive 100% of the funds submitted through the platform.
Please consider donating a small percentage to Zeffy during your payment so TPHOA can continue to receive 100% of the funds submitted. Zeffy charges 0% as a transaction fee, where as most other vendors charge 3-4% per transaction.
